Frequently Asked Questions

Similar to human critical care environments, veterinary emergency cases are evaluated immediately upon arrival using a systematic triage system. Patients are treated based entirely on the medical severity of their condition rather than their order of arrival. Animals experiencing severe cardiorespiratory distress, heavy active bleeding, unconsciousness, or acute shock are prioritized first to stabilize vital functions.
